Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at rodrigogarr2001@gmail.com. Returns must be requested before sending the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right.
If your item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging and included accessories, unless the item is faulty or your legal rights say otherwise.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
Our 30-day return policy gives you a longer return window than this legal minimum. However, nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
